Background
After an initial experience in the automobile sector at Renault and Valeo, Guillaume Schwab joined Regimbeau in 2013 to start his career in Industrial Property.
Guillaume’s principal activities at Regimbeau include:

- Patentability studies
- Freedom to operate studies
- Patent litigation and opposition
- Technological and competitive monitoring (mechanical, electronic and ICT fields) in order to detect and evaluate short and medium term risks, to appreciate and anticipate technological and commercial evolutions on your markets, through:
- Periodic monitoring
- Realization of patent mappings/panoramas
- Patent quality assessment using databases
- Search and analysis of information from trademark and design databases
Guillaume has developed a specific expertise in the field of transportation (automobile, aeronautics) and has a large practice in conducting freedom to operate studies and patent panoramas. He advises in particular with large groups and French SMEs.
