Within the framework of its regular activities, REGIMBEAU does not collect and process personal data, our services being mainly carried out for the benefit of legal entities.
However, we have put in place all the procedures and technical means necessary to process the personal data that we may incidentally be required to collect in compliance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms ("Loi Informatique et Libertés") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("RGPD").
The principles that REGIMBEAU implements to ensure compliance with the obligations regarding personal data are as follows:
The type of personal data we may collect
Personal data are data that may be necessary to communicate with our customers, suppliers or other contacts (title, surname, first name, position, e-mail).
We collect certain personal data in the context of the business relationship you have with REGIMBEAU and which may be necessary for the performance of the acts you entrust to us (postal address, bank account, date of employment, civil status data).
It can also be data that you provide us voluntarily, for example necessary to communicate with you by e-mail or through other channels, to subscribe to newsletters or to register for the events and trainings that we organize.
How do we use your personal data?
REGIMBEAU uses personal data in the context of the commercial relationship with our clients and suppliers, to inform our databases in which the files you entrust to us are managed.
We do not sell or make your personal data available to third parties. Only the data required by the applicable regulations and strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the acts that you entrust to us may be transmitted to foreign colleagues intervening in the procedures for which these colleagues are your agents and/or to the intellectual property offices with which we intervene on your behalf.
Depending on the legal basis for the processing (see below), your personal data is kept for the duration of our business relationship, the applicable regulations or until the data subject exercises his/her right to erasure.
In all cases, data deleted from our processing bases is then kept as evidence in a secure archive for the applicable legal limitation periods.
The legal basis for processing your personal data
In the context of our business relationships, the legal basis for the processing is the contract and/or mandate between us and our customers and suppliers.
The legal basis for the processing of data collected in the context of actions carried out at the offices is the legal requirements for the performance of these actions for which our clients have instructed us.
The legal basis for the processing of data collected from other contacts is our legitimate interest in soliciting business and communicating about our activities from persons who have voluntarily provided us with information necessary for such solicitations or who appear to be the designated contact person of the legal entity that REGIMBEAU wishes to contact.
Measures to ensure the security of your personal data
We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection and integrity of your personal data. These technical and organizational measures are regularly updated.
Your rights
During the period of storage of personal data, you have the right to ask REGIMBEAU to have access to such data, to rectify them, to request their deletion, to object to or limit the processing of such data, to receive such personal data in a structured format in order to transmit them to another controller (data portability).
