Frédérique Faivre Petit has been accompanying entities of any size, since 1990, not only in the private sector but also in the public sector. In order to expand her skills she completed her inItial scientific education by a legal education.
She assists her clients in developing their portfolio in intellectual property assets and help them to define a real management strategy for these assets in order for example to secure them in view of communications, negociations, partnerships or fundraisings.
Her great experience as head of European Patent Litigation departement within a major pharmaceutical group has provided her with a comprehensive expertise of the workings of the industrial sector, the issues and the risks in the development of a litigation strategy, in particular.
Very attentive to her clients, Frédérique trained in mediation and is also a mediator specializing in intellectual property. In particular she is registered on the list of mediators of the Association of Industrial Property Attorneys (ACPI) held by the International Arbitration Chamber of Paris (CAIP), and on the list of mediators for the Paris and Versailles Courts of Appeal.
Frédérique regularly writes articles on current issues in the life sciences fields or about mediation. She is very involved in the training of young professionnals.
