Katia Pouilly

Background

Katia Pouilly began her Intellectual Property career in 2000.

Following an experience in eight years (as Legal Manager in different compagnies), Katia joined Regimbeau in 2008.

Katia participated in the creation of the" Contracts, IP Valuation & Data Department", composed of eight people, of which she is the Manager.

She has developed specific expertise in the following fields :

• Definition and implementation of strategies relating to Intellectual Property and related matters, for all clients and all fields (large groups, PME, ETI, individuals, associations (...), public and private actors in the fields of biochemistry, mechanics, law);
• Negotiation, drafting and amendment of all types of agreements relating to Intellectual Property and related matters;
• Consultancy and procedures relating to the defense of Intellectual Property assets and related matters (counterfeiting, unfair competition and parasitism);
• Intra and inter-company training in Intellectual Property and related matters. Katia Pouilly is recognized in particular for her competences in the field of personality rights, copyrights, purchase of art, themes relating to publishing law, communication, software.

She is also a qualified intellectual property mediator and is registered on the list of mediators of the Paris Court of Appeal.
