Background

With more than 30 years of experience, Emmanuel Potdevin advises a wide variety of clients (SMEs, Universities, major industry players) on all aspects of intellectual property. He has been involved in numerous disputes (seizures, infringement lawsuits, patent infringement actions, litigation before the National Commission for Employee Inventions) and has extensive experience in opposition before the EPO. He has also been involved in many technology licensing and transfer negotiations.

Emmanuel Potdevin is also a qualified intellectual property mediator and is registered on the list of mediators of the Paris Court of Appeal.
