Gender Equality Index – 2026
Each year, companies with more than 50 employees are required to calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index. Introduced by the French law of September 5, 2018 on the freedom to choose one’s professional future, this indicator assesses gaps between women and men in terms of pay, career development and access to positions of responsibility. Its objective is to encourage companies to take concrete action to strengthen workplace equality. For 2025, Regimbeau has obtained a score of 81/100 in the Gender Equality Index. This result reflects a balanced level and demonstrates the attention given to these issues within the firm.
