Background
As a French and European patent attorney, having practiced for several years in another law firm where he headed the Electronics and Physics-Chemistry department, Thomas Moisand joins Regimbeau in 2021 with whom he has already worked for many years.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Thomas is used to advising a wide variety of clients (start-ups, SMEs, public research institutes, major industrial players), particularly in the telecommunications, digital, microelectronics and energy sectors.
He assists these clients in defining and implementing their industrial property strategy, for the protection as well as for the evaluation, exploitation or defense of their immaterial assets.
