Paris, January 17, 2022 - Emmanuel Potdevin joins the team of partners.

A graduate of IDN (Institut Industriel du Nord - now École Centrale de Lille), Emmanuel Potdevin has 29 years' experience in a number of law firms, advising a wide variety of clients (SMEs, universities, major industrial players) on all aspects of intellectual property.

Emmanuel Potdevin has extensive litigation experience, and is frequently involved in oppositions before the EPO. He has been involved in numerous licensing and technology transfer discussions. He has also recently broadened his range of skills by becoming a mediator in order to develop mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method.
Very active as a tutor for candidates taking the European Qualifying Examination, he teaches at the Centre d'Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) and is in charge of various professional training courses.
He is also a member of the Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (CNCPI).
