Background
Anne Seibel started her Industrial Property career in 2006. After an initial experience in a IP Law firmed based in Taiwan, Anne joined Regimbeau in 2009, where she assists clients in various technical fields on any issue related to industrial property (patent prosecution, litigation, freedom to operate, patentability search, valorisation, etc.), in the development, management and defence of their IP portfolios. Anne has developed a particular expertise in opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO and actively participates in litigation before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
