Earlier this month, Regimbeau had the privilege of participating in one of the very first hearings on the merits before the UPC’s Court of Appeal in Luxembourg (4–5 September), where we represented Meril Italy in its action for revocation of a first European patent held by Edwards Lifesciences.
Only a week later, the same team appeared again before the UPC Central Division in Paris, this time representing several companies of the Meril group in litigation concerning the validity and alleged infringement of a second European patent, also held by Edwards Lifesciences.
