Background
Julien Guesnier began his industrial property career in 2009.
After having been a partner in a major French industrial property firm, then an associate in an international business law firm, Julien joined Regimbeau in 2022. While Julien has a perfect command of the drafting and examination of patent applications, he also has solid experience in litigation, both in administrative proceedings (oppositions before the EPO) and in judicial proceedings (infringement or nullity actions before French courts).
Julien has developed a specific expertise in the telecommunications field and has a large practice in the automotive, railway and aeronautical sectors.
