Emmanuelle brings more than 20 years of consulting experience advising clients across a broad range of industries, including cosmetics, pharma, food supplements, organic chemistry, and environmental technologies. She advises a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from innovative start-ups and SMEs to public entities, multinational groups, and investors, providing strategic counsel on complex IP matters with a strong focus on their business and innovation objectives.
Her practice encompasses both contentious and strategic IP matters, including patent litigation and opposition proceedings, as well as the development and implementation of IP strategies designed to protect innovation, manage risk, and create long-term value.
