We are pleased to announce the appointment of Frédérique Durieux and Anne Seibel as new partners of Regimbeau.

Their respective backgrounds lead them to take a new step at Regimbeau, thus strengthening the dynamics of the firm’s management and particularly of the IT-Mechanics-Physics department.

Frédérique Durieux, Partner

Frédérique Durieux, 49, partner, IT-Mechanical-Physical Department, Grenoble, started her career in intellectual property in 2006.

Frédérique is a French & European Patent Attorney. She is a graduate of the engineering school at Ecole Centrale de Lyon and of the Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Industrielle (distinction in patents) where she has also earned a European Patent Litigation Certificate.

Prior to joining Regimbeau in 2006, she worked for eight years as a prototype manager and then as a benchmarking manager for an automotive equipment manufacturer.

As the Head of the Grenoble office, Frédérique has developed a significant expertise in mechanics, robotics and materials. In particular, she has a strong practice in the medtech sector and the field of semiconductor materials.

Anne Seibel, Partner

Anne Seibel, 38, Partner, IT-Mechanics-Physics Department, Paris, started her career in intellectual property in 2006.

Anne is a French & European Patent Attorney. She is a graduate of Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and from the Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Industrielle (distinctions in patents and in trademarks, designs & models).

With an experience in an IP firm in Taiwan, she assists her clients in all issues related to IP in order to support them in the development, management and defence of their portfolio. Anne has developed a particular expertise in opposition and appeal before the EPO.

She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Managing Intellectual Property for five consecutive years.
