The appointment of Thomas Moisand, as Senior Associate, is in line with the development strategy of Regimbeau’s ITC, Mechanics, and Physics Department.
As a French and European patent attorney, having practiced for several years in another law firm where he headed the Electronics and Physics-Chemistry department, Thomas Moisand joins an experienced team of professionals with whom he has already worked for many years.

A graduate of SUPELEC (Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité), Thomas also holds a Master of Science in Digital Systems Engineering (Heriott-Watt University), a postgraduate degree in Technology and Innovation Management (Paris Dauphine) and the “Patent Litigation in Europe” University Diploma delivered by CEIPI. He has been recognised as a “Patent Star” in the Managing Intellectual Property ranking in 2020/2021. With nearly 20 years of experience, Thomas Moisand is used to advising a wide variety of clients (start-ups, SMEs, public research institutes, major industrial players), particularly in the telecommunications, digital, microelectronics and energy sectors.
He assists these clients in defining and implementing their industrial property strategy, for the protection as well as for the evaluation, exploitation or defense of their immaterial assets.
