Paris, 17 January, 2022 – Emmanuel Potdevin joins Regimbeau’s team of Partners.
“This new appointment will strengthen the management team of the IT, Mechanics and Physics Department. It demonstrates the recognition of Emmanuel's high level of expertise and commitment. It is also aligned with our aim to consolidate our positioning as a key actor in intellectual property in Europe and as a strategic partner for innovative companies,” stated Jean-Robert Callon de Larmack, Managing Partner of Regimbeau.
Emmanuel Potdevin is a graduate from IDN (Institut Industriel du Nord – now Ecole Centrale de Lille) and has 29 years of experience in various law firms. He advises a wide range of clients (SMEs, universities, major industrial players) on all aspects of intellectual property.
He has extensive experience in litigation and is frequently involved in oppositions before the EPO. He has been involved in numerous licensing and technology transfer discussions. He has also recently broadened his practice by becoming a mediator in order to develop mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method.
He is actively involved as a tutor for candidates to the European Qualifying Examination, teaches at the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) and is in charge of various professional training courses.
He is also a member of the Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (CNCPI).
