Each year, in France, companies with more than 50 employees are required to calculate and publish their professional gender equality index.

The Professional Women-Men Equality Index is a tool made available to companies by the French Ministry in charge of Labour, intended to help them in the approach towards achieving professional equality between women and men.

This year, Regimbeau obtained a score of 80/100. This score encourages us to continue our work by defining a progression plan in favor of professional equality between women and men. Parity is our priority.
