Created by the law of September 5, 2018 on the professional future, this indicator makes it possible to assess gaps in pay, career development and access to positions of responsibility between women and men. Its aim? To encourage companies to strengthen their commitment to greater equity.
In 2025, Regimbeau achieved a score of 83/100, an improvement on the previous year. This result illustrates the actions we have put in place to promote equality, and testifies to our commitment to continuous improvement.
