Background
Jérôme Braquehais, lawyer, is head of the Recordal Department.
His main functions at Regimbeau include:
- Coordinating and controlling Recordal operations for Patents, Trademarks and Designs, along with a team of 2 assistants,
- Carrying out registration transactions of any nature, for all kinds of Intellectual Property rights, with regional organisations (EPO, EUIPO, WIPO) and abroad,
- Analysing transactions for: assignments, licences, transfers, pledges, asset transfers, name and address modifications, and advice on any type of registration.
