Background
Violette Schimpff advises companies, international groups, innovative businesses and creators on the protection, exploitation and enhancement of their intangible assets. Her practice notably covers trademark law, design law, copyright law, as well as digital and technology law.
Having gained experience both in-house and in private practice, Violette Schimpff has developed a strong understanding of her clients’ operational and strategic challenges, including in international contexts. Her hybrid background in law (CEIPI, Panthéon-Assas University) and business (ESSEC Business School) enables her to adopt a pragmatic, cross-disciplinary and business-oriented approach.
Violette Schimpff joined Regimbeau in January 2026, where she continues to develop her intellectual property practice.
