Background
Simone started her career in IP in 1996 in an IP Firm in Paris. After 5 years, she joined another firm where she became Partner and for which she started the Munich Office in 2008.
In 2016, she joins Arkema France, where she also gains experience in due diligence, contracts and transactions. After 8 years as in house counsel, she joins Regimbeau in 2024.
Simone has a particular expertise in the field of Material Science, and a long practice of oppositions and appeals before the EPO. She is epi Counsel Member.
