Background
After a first experience working in industry in the UK, Alexandre began his career in intellectual property as an examiner at INPI (the French Patent Office) for close to four years, before joining Regimbeau in 2022 as a patent engineer.
He advises many clients, both on patent prosecution in France and abroad (notably in the USA, Europe and China), and for freedom-to-operate studies. He also acts alongside patent attorneys during patent oppositions before administrative authorities (INPI, EPO) or before French and European courts.
Alexandre works with a wide variety of clients, from major industrial groups to SMEs in several sectors including aeronautics, energy (mainly nuclear and renewable), household appliances, construction and public works, packaging, semiconductors and digital security.
Alexandre is a native speaker of both French and English.
