With over 10 years of practice in both patent Law firms and industry, Julie Toueg advises clients in a variety of technology fields and legal situations. Together, they design the strategy for protecting their innovation (filing and defending titles), and assess the risks associated with competitors' titles (freedom to operate).

Her experience further includes patent portfolios auditing, in particular in the context of due diligence or for the valuation of assets for transfers, licensing and fundraising. Julie also assists her clients in pre-litigation or litigation situations, both in defence and in attack.
