Louis Mazaud is a European Patent Attorney at Regimbeau, where he has been working since 2021. Holding a PhD in chemistry, he began his career in intellectual property in 2020. Louis gained initial experience at a multinational company in the cosmetics sector, which allowed him to develop a strong understanding of the challenges related to intellectual property in industry.
Louis assists Regimbeau's clients in defining their industrial property strategy. He is involved in drafting patent applications and managing examination procedures in France and abroad. He also conducts patentability, validity, and freedom-to-operate analyses, and participates in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
