Anne Bogard Boutaric, 36, Partner – Life Sciences & Chemistry Department, Lyon – began her Intellectual Property career at Regimbeau in 2002. Anne has a Master’s in Chemical Engineer from the Lyon Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Physique et Electronique, is a graduate of the Centre for International Industrial Property Studies (distinction in “patents”) and is a French and European Patent Attorney.
She has a vast experience in European oral proceedings and infringement litigation in France and Europe.
In particular she intervenes for large pharmaceutical firms and has developed an expertise in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC).
Stephanie Massin Celaire, 38, Partner – Life Sciences & Chemistry Department, Paris – after 3 years’ experience in academic research and more than 11 years’ experience in Industrial Property, she joined Regimbeau in 2008.
A French and European Patent Attorney and a graduate of the Centre for International Industrial Property Studies (distinction in “patents”), Stephanie has a Master’s in engineering from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon, an MSc in Biochemistry from the Institut Gustave Roussy and a Master in Business Law.
She has a vast experience in European oral proceedings and infringement litigation in France, especially in the pharmaceutical and agribusiness fields.
She is a member of the board at the CNCPI and a lecturer at the ESIEE and AgroParisTech.
Emmanuelle Levy, 40, Partner – Life Sciences & Chemistry Department, Paris –began her Intellectual Property career at Regimbeau in 2000.
A French and European Patent Attorney and a graduate of the Centre for International Industrial Property Studies (distinction in “patents”), Emmanuelle has a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from the Lyon Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Physique et Electronique and had an MSc in Industrial Property.
Emmanuelle is a specialist in United States Patent Law and provides her advisory expertise to many fields including cosmetology, dietary supplements, organic chemistry and environment.
She is a lecturer at the INPI.
Olivier Prats, 44, Partner – Trademarks and Designs Department, Lyon – began his Intellectual Property career in 1997 before joining Regimbeau in 1999.
A French and European Trademark and Design Attorney and a graduate of the Centre for International Industrial Property Studies (distinction in “trademarks & designs”), Olivier has an MSc in Business Law.
Olivier is in charge of Global Portfolios for which he manages the constitution, management and defence. He has developed his expertise in numerous fields including bank insurance, aviation, publishing, medical devices, wines and spirits and toys.
He is a university lecturer for several graduate courses in Intellectual Property.
