It is also in line with our determination to consolidate our position as a major player in intellectual property in Europe, and as a strategic partner for innovative companies\u201d, says Jean-Robert Callon de Lamarck, Managing Partner of Regimbeau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A graduate of IDN (Institut Industriel du Nord - now \u00c9cole Centrale de Lille), Emmanuel Potdevin has 29 years' experience in a number of law firms, advising a wide variety of clients (SMEs, universities, major industrial players) on all aspects of intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emmanuel Potdevin, Partner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emmanuel Potdevin has extensive litigation experience, and is frequently involved in oppositions before the EPO. He has been involved in numerous licensing and technology transfer discussions.
