After an initial experience as a Patent engineer in an IP Law firm, Barbara Casadewall joined Regimbeau in 2002 and became Partner in 2013.
Barbara is a Ph.D in microbiology and a biotechnology engineer. With her in-depth knowledge of biotechnologies, Barbara helps clients of all types (academics, project leaders, and companies such as start-up, SMEs, large firms) to create value around their projects.
Barbara assists her clients in defining and implementing an Intellectual Property strategy in France, Europe and around the world.
Build a solid and relevant portfolio of assets, develop it and defend it in the best interests of her clients; contribute to the development of a global strategy and a growth plan for her clients; auditing pre-existing assets with a view to acquisitions, licenses, convincing investors or obtaining public funding, are all areas of Barbara’s expertise.
