Background

Bailey Ziegler started her Intellectual Property career in 2013 working for a US intellectual firm in Utah.

Thanks to her background in Materials Science, Bailey drafts and prosecutes patent applications across a diverse field of technologies such as aeronautics, nuclear power, medical devices, oil and natural gas drilling, semiconductor and memory devices, chemical and material processing, image processing and software. Bailey specializes in devising patent prosecution strategies consistent with US and European patent standards. She has experience counseling a wide variety of clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies on freedom to operate patent and trademark infringement risk and feasibility of patent and trademark protection.

Bailey also enjoys teaching and training colleagues and clients about the best US patent practices.

Bailey joined Regimbeau in 2019.
